This is a great question and a very common one! 

Here is a guide to how much Elderberry Elixir we suggest based on the size of your family:

• One Adult - 16oz
• Two Adults - 32oz
• One Child - 8oz

The suggested quantities are based on each family member taking their suggested dosage of Elderberry Elixir once daily.

Our 16 oz bottle holds approx. 30-40 adult dosages. We sell our syrup in 8 oz and 16 oz sizes. 

An adult dose is 1 Tablespoon. A child (ages 1-13) serving is 1 Teaspoon **

There has not been a lot of studies done with elderberry and pregnant women. We do believe it is safe for both! We have many pregnant/breastfeeding mamas who use our Elderberry Elixir, but always do what makes you most comfortable. 

We always recommend consulting with your doctor with any concerns you may have.

Our Elixir is categorized as “non-potentially hazardous” which means that it does not create a feasible environment for harmful bacteria to grow. Instructions to store in the refrigerator are simply for quality purpose, not safety purpose. 

Being outside of the fridge for even up to 4 or 5 days may take a few days off its full shelf life of 60 days, but in no way hinders the safety of our product. We recommend placing it in the fridge upon arrival!

We offer contactless pickup in Summerlin available 7 days a week. 

We also offer delivery in the Las Vegas area for $5. Local deliveries are made on Thursdays.
