Absolutely, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.

Our Elixir is categorized as “non-potentially hazardous” which means that it does not create a feasible environment for harmful bacteria to grow. Instructions to store in the refrigerator are simply for quality purpose, not safety purpose. 

Being outside of the fridge for even up to 4 or 5 days may take a few days off its full shelf life of 60 days, but in no way hinders the safety of our product. We recommend placing it in the fridge upon arrival!

Once the package is confirmed as shipped and we have provided tracking information to you, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not received. 

We recommend providing a shipping address you feel confident is secure and where you have not had issues receiving mail in the past.
